Do You Think This is Racist?

http://
During the 30's, 40's, and 50's racial stereotyping was common among the entertainment industry. In the scene from the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes short "Southern Fried Rabbit" Bugs, who is trying to find fresh carrots in Georgia, dresses as a slave to get by Yosemite Sam, a guard of the Mason-Dixon Line who is still time warped in the Civil War. This scene was cut by every network who aired it (Fox, WB, and Cartoon Network) and usually hasn't been seen by the public.

I believe that yes it does stereotype but there's no problem in its intended humor. However, I can see the networks worry because either: 1.)Some sensitive black person will call in to complain about a cartoon made over 50 years ago or 2.)A parent may say that it influences bad qualities into their child (which I have to say may have some validity).

What do you think? I think the clip is funny.
